It's not out of the question in the future, but it's not something I have a timetable for. VR development is my main focus. I do try to make sure that what I make doesn't require the latest and greatest headsets though. So something as cheap as a used Quest 2 is capable of running FBW.

BuzzyBody just broadcasts the signal and any nearby LoveSpouse toys that are turned on should work with it. If you're using the newer Patreon testing versions there is an option to turn off that broadcast under Media Player -> Device Settings - Love Spouse Support, but it should be on by default.
It turns out the standard vibrating Love Spouse toys don't actually pair. (I've not gotten my hands on the kegel or heated ones, so I can't support those, at the moment) I know if you use the official love spouse pro app it makes you do a thing where you put the code in so it can "pair" but that's just getting the picture and name of the toy it's not doing an actual bluetooth pair.
