Does this happen when you launch the game? I HAVE THE SOLUTION!! :)

1. make a shortcut of the games .exe

2. right click on the shortcut then, click on "properties"

3. go the "Target" text box and don't erase what's already written in the text box 

<-- don't erase what's already here 

4. go to the end of the type box again don't erase what's already there

5. type : *SPACE* <- don't type this i mean add a space to it then type the rest which is -dx11.

6. this is what it should look like : *SPACE* -dx11
