I think it's Batsight.... most of the Clanmates said he was restless on the night of the murder.... and when questioned, he is highly more evasive, defensive, and tense compared to the rest of the Clan.

However, Acornpaw lacks a strong narrative motive, making Batsight's defensive behavior much more damning
