It's not a map issue, it's an issue with RCS.

he has a post on his FB page and said there is an update coming this week, believe the grass issue is going to be addressed in that update. 

I’m having issues with running course play or the regular AI workers, they do some wild stuff and I’ve never had an issue to this extent. Don’t know if that’s a map thing or on my end. I will say, I’ve had no issues with the alfalfa, gets to harvest stage no problem, and I run RCS and precision farming.
