Thank you so much!

Thanks for the feedback and the suggestions! I'll see how I can get those in the game after the jam ends

Hi! I'll check yours and everyone else's game here:)

If anyone wants to check out mine, here's the link:

https://coffinparade.itch.io/reminiscing-runner
I know there's no music or sfx rn but this is as much as I could do before the jam and I'm trying to figure out how to do all this stuff on my own so that's gonna take a while for me to get the hang of tbh

Thank you! I wish I could add some too (and I probably will later) but for now this is as good as I can get it with the pretty packed week that I've had. Thank you for checking it out!

Thank you, just did the same for yours, great job btw!

I really love what you did with the minesweeper mechanics! I agree with bartalomew in that it felt like i was getting hit with a lot of mechanics one right after another, but i think adding a level or 2 in between could help to smooth that out so that the player can get a good feel for a mechanic before another is introduced. The game looks great, its simple and feels just right for this kind of game

Hey there, can't wait to play your game! Here's mine (https://itch.io/jam/game-off-2025/rate/4083177), hope the crossover emulation works well!

Hi there! if I could get some feedback on mine I'd really appreciate it (https://itch.io/jam/game-off-2025/rate/4083177) , and I'll make sure to check out your game as soon as I can!

maybe they wanted to give people a bit extra time to rate each other's games without the rating queue? that's the only thing I could think of

I'll check yours out and rate asap! Here's my lil game if you'd like to check mine out https://itch.io/jam/game-off-2025/rate/4083177

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah it does get pretty repetitive after a certain point, I didn't really give myself any time to plan much of the game out before starting to mess around and it really suffers from that lol. I'm glad you had some fun with it tho!

As for your game, I found it really fun to play! The music is great, the art is nice, simple and really strengthened by the effects. Most of the weapons felt pretty good to use with the notable exception of the melee weapons which I couldn't really figure out, and I will say that the AK ended up being the main thing I used since I could just hold it down. I feel like the enemies were pretty fun to maneuver around and the boss did feel a bit like it was just a normal enemy with a lot more health and not much more going on (I also experienced a bug where after firing at the boss for a few seconds it would teleport away and never teleporting back), maybe it could send out some projectiles or summon some other enemies to make things a bit more interesting for that part. The movement in the game feels great too, especially once you've gotten an upgrade or two in. Overall you did a great job! Hope to play another one of your games some time soon

Hi there! I'd appreciate some feedback too:) I'll send you some feedback once I've had a chance to play

Hi there! here's my lil game about collectin shells

https://itch.io/jam/game-off-2025/rate/4083177

Pretty fun game! The graphics were pretty good, shooting felt pretty satisfying, and i really liked the enemy variety. The enemies in particular inspire me for some stuff I want to do a separate project. I agree with jamtonyx on the dash distance upgrade since i felt like i was being flung around a lot, and I felt like the little packages gun (I forget the proper name now) feels pretty underpowered for what it's supposed to be since it would only damage a single enemy. Overall tho you did pretty good!

Hey, finally played your game, really like it! The art's on point, the controls were really interesting, and I found the shooting system pretty challenging to get the hang of and at times I wasn't sure why it would unfocus when I was targeting a specific enemy but overall yall did a great job

Hey, thanks a lot for the feedback! Yeah there are quite a few things that have to be straightened out to really get this to where I'd like it to be (tbh the story was written with like 4 hours left before I had to submit for the jam so that parts really rough) so I'm planning to give it a nice little update once the jam's over. Hope you check it back out once that's out!

I'm pretty sure we're allowed to, there's even a submission feed where you can see that some people have updated theirs

So fun and stylish in such a simple format, great job!

Hey, I think the window is cropped in a way that I can't press play or something

Hey, your game looks cool but the folder's empty when I download it

Hi, just wanted to let you know that your game doesn't match the size of the window on the webpage so i can't see what's happening/press any of the buttons if there are any. Excited to play your game once that's fixed!

Hey, I can't play the windows version since there inst a unityplayer.dll, just wanted to let you know!

You all did fantastic! I loved the sound design (especially near the end) and the game looks gorgeous! Your monster design is really cool to:) If I had any notes to give I'd say that I wish it was a bit clearer with how you're supposed to row, and I couldn't figure out if there was a proper way to exit the game once it was done.

https://itch.io/jam/game-off-2025/rate/4083177 here's my game, i still got a lot I'd want to work on after the jam since this is my first time entering one for real and my first real attempt at a game and even just looking back at it now I've got a lot to learn and a lot to work on

That art looks great! Can't wait to check it out

Hey everyone, I'm Coffin Parade! Nice to meet y'all :)

I'm a recent graduate trying to find a way to get into the games industry. I've heard time and time again that it's best to apply with a little project showing what you can do, so that's really my main goal with this week being focused on getting a prototype up and running. I'm making this project in Godot which I've familiarized myself with to a decent extent but if anyone has any tips then feel free to hmu.

Anyways, good luck everyone! I'll see you all at the end of the week.
