When ever you download APK's it normally says it for an old version, there's normally an arrow somewhere then after pressing the arrow there'll be text saying "install anyway". To do with the adds I'm confused as well, APKtool M seemed to added it after it verified the signature for it to work. Adds seem to dissappear when you turn the Internet off.

It doesn't work on 32bit. according to google there isn't 32bit Gl2 so I can't edit that and it isn't easy to change it from 64bit to 32bit

Saddly,  on the android version you have to delete GL2, for some reason it can't work with it

I've tried everything and nothing works, without knowing code.
