just delete the trojan. ( Everything as well from %temp% just windows button + r then type  %temp%, just skip files you can't delete, -good for clearing storage too!- )  give your pc a scan from Malware Bytes and quarantine anything need-be, and set 2 factor authentication on accounts you lost, (goes from discord, to like, twitter it's weird.) or just try to change the password, it sucks, but yeah. it happens, (still working on it myself) Itch has literally no moderation whatsoever. 

Seems to have been entirely my fault for clicking on an "updated" version that I thought was in the description but was in fact in the comments, don't be an idiot like me.
