I use port forwarding fairly often, and I definitely set it up fine every time i tried getting this to work. When we both run it through steam, and just disable steam networking, IP connect works fine, it's only broken when we don't run through steam, and i just cant get it to work

So i have nuclear throne on steam, but i actually took the steam related files out of the install folder, so i can run it without having to log in every time. My friend does the same thing, but even when i disable the steam matchmaking, it doesnt let us connect through IP. I was wondering if this was intended, or if there is any sort of workaround possible. Any help is appreciated
