It means you still have a sleeping cutscene that you didn't watch!
There are two in total, you need to make sure that you sleep in your bed at night so it turns to sleeping instead of napping to trigger it
If you completed the route normally they should be able to trigger!

呃第二章转第三章要完成第二章的所有任务，如果没有出现的话就不断去酒馆接任务再沿着右边的路走，如果做完了应该会跳出提示，回到第二章城镇地图就会自动进入第三章开头了

Ahh the room is supposed to be an inn room in the guild the party was staying in, it's not accessible outside of the event
I'll check about the other problems, the second event with lyra is not accessible yet since the location is in chapter 4
Ahh the review room should be accessible in the monsters' room, it should show every possible scene if you complete a chapter, unless it's relationship events in which case you'll have to complete it to unlock the replay
