I feel like questions like 38 and 50 depend too much on the kind of project and motivation behind it for me to respond, i can see myself doing basicaly all of the options and can't choose wich one is the one I would do the most becouse the example is so vague i don't feel like i can answere but maybe I just can't think of that times i have been in the situation to understand it

I'm unsure of what would be considered a party, if it's my birthday we are hanging out at my house, playing some board games and eating cake, and i would call that a party so i would say eather "they are coming becouse it's a special ocasion" or, "my parties allways rule" becouse if i did do something outside of a special occasion I don't feel the need to entice them to come, probably becouse it's something a lot more casual. So I'm assuming you mean like loud music and dancing with drinks so i'll say I don't like parties and after writing this comment I realize i might just be lame lol.
