As the title suggests, the CPU doesn't hit the block at all resulting in a softlock until you switch to them in the pause menu to force the button press. Tested this on both Vanilla and Workshop editions of PP and it only seemed to happen in the Workshop version.

Played the Toy Room Trek board with the new update and when this minigame popped up, part of the background from the board ended up replacing the pitch-black background.
