Enjoyed this a lot! My only critiques are pretty minor. I liked the interpretation, and the games are visually strong. I do wish there was more polish/feedback on some things tho. The lack of screen shake is definitely felt. Swapping around the cards also felt a little underwhelming; I feel like more of a Balatro-style card handler would've been great. A few other minor things: pressing up to enter the card swap menu, then using your mouse to shuffle cards, then using enter to leave it felt unintuitive, and it would've made more sense to use the same key to both enter and exit the menu. I also would've appreciated some more menus. A settings menu and keybind editor would've been nice. All in all, really good! One of my favorites from this round for sure.

The game fungi remastered is a stolen game. I made the game over the course of half a year, and this guy has stolen it and submitted it as his own game to this contest. Ill link my profile with the game, but this guy has also stolen another game of mine and got third with it, which honestly makes me sick. hey im sorry to let you know, but i just found out about this. I am the original creator of the project, it can be found on my account. It was a project i made over a couple months in 2023. This person stole my work without credit, and uploaded it here. The fact that it did so well and had people praising my work as if it was his had me feeling a bit sick. I know theres not much you can do about it now. And to answer your question, I made this in scratch.
