How to access file 8 help please

I got the bad ending and the happy ending, but how do I access file 11?

Finished in less than an hour, but it felt wayy longer. Incredible game! The hints were quite obvious too lol. Rather than scary, I felt sadness, nostalgia and relief ( at the end) throughout the game.

Lol, there's a scene where she's working wearing a bath towel in a cafe.  And small spelling errors.

This is now officially my favourite game here. The words and typing styles really set them apart. Voice acting is truly a most unexpected gift! Finally, a soundtrack with actual vocals! The coding aspect is simply superb. The explanations are direct too, I didn't even realise there was a coding cheat-sheet! The cursor, colour scheme, and humour are all right up my alley! I got my desired ending, too! The name of this game is a shapeshifting geniusity! The creators are such teasers! From the beginning, right until the very end, my imagination is inadequate to add to such perfection ahhhhhhhhh. Ashamed to admit I only learnt how to use the horn when the "exec dial" came out.

Help, the page up/down buttons aren't working for me. Life's been hard with the automatic transitions to the next scene.

NOT THE WORMm, oh, and the art is superb while the music is enchancing. Sadly the story isn't eternal like their love.

After seeing so many fanarts of Pierrot on various platforms, I can't believe that this is an actual game!!!
