Thank you for playing! I'm planning on coming back to this game someday and updating it, I'll keep your review in mind! Collectables are definitely on the to-do list. :)
I love how it's not just going for a high score, it's survival. Items stand out on the water's surface really well and none share the same shape and color so they're easy to spot as the camera moves back. Tank controls are fun. We need more pirate themed games in general.
I get what JMC-87 is saying about the movement being sluggish but after a few rounds and figuring out the boost controls it's better. My only real criticisms are that I don't see a point in moving to the sidewalks to collect the roses if they're just a debuff, and that the birds fly up so fast that I can barely see them coming. Maybe a speed increase as time goes on?
