after returning to this game to defeat the second boss, the game wiped out the save file now not only forced to restart all that progress, forced to refight two really hard bosses. AAAAAAA

Cool vibes but really difficult.
It is really hard to get rid of debt. Especially due to money disappearing each stream to pay debt and upgrades being expensive to deal with, let alone some are limited stock. The stream stability is another factor as well as shocking the person to death.
Cool concept but it is just way too hard.
Only got around $430,000 ish remaining debt and even still it is brutal.

sounds, atmosphere and concept are all really good. Game play personally enjoyed though the way items drop needs to be made clear. Does every x amount of enemies slain drop an item or by luck? Is there an ending? Difficulty with enemies is usually luck based which is this game's worst aspect won't lie.
Another critique comes from how each run pretty much gives you a choice: Die and pay more currency or restart the run.. and pay currency for retreating. This one we are less pushy with since this is clearly the intended gameplay loop which forces you to try and hunt more enemies and get lucky so you don't have to pay too much debt.
All around a good game 8.6/10 personally.
SPOILER WARNING! THE GAME IS BEST PLAYED WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE!

WE FINALLY DID IT YES! 6th is by far the hardest but the final battle was so good. Like was fully expecting for a rule to let him duplicate or mess up while the batteries were all collected.
Tip for those who can't get past 6:
- First priority must be the switches. They are the most annoying and give you light when completed.
- Coal is annoying to find but candles should always be carried and discarded once you find coal. ALWAYS START WITH AREAS NEAR THE FURNACE AND THEN THE BOTTOM REGIONS. YOUR FINAL COLLECTION AREAS SHOULD BE IN THE MIDDLE REGIONS HALFWAY FROM THE TOP OF THE MAP TO THE BOTTOM.
- If you can, carry the coal as you run to the furnace and drop it nearby to save time.
- For duplicates, you must lure them towards the bottom and try to group them together. TURNING ON SWITCHES MAKE LOUD NOISES THAT DISTRACT THE MONSTER WHICH IS WHY YOU TRY AND GO TO THE BOTTOM AFTER CLEARING THE TOP AREA.
- If you are chased, run in straight lines as the monster can go through walls and cut corners by this method. You want to limit this as much as possible. Run across the outside area or run down the center conveyor belt as they have less ways to bump into. Bumping into things will slow you down. Memories dead ends.
- UTILISE THE CONVEYOR BELT. This gives a speed boost if you run in their direction and always lead to the furnace. The top area is where you go for safety. This is why you clear the top area first and then go all the way down.
- If you are struggling, die. Go into the fire or let the monster catch you to die and re-roll the rules to something favourable. Personally the easiest rules are the player can freeze and the player can starve to death. The hardest is usually the monster reach extension. During your first play through, duplication will be seen as the worst, you will soon realise it is not as bad but the initial jumpscare seeing multiple of them is bad.
- Sight, hearing and smell effectively is the same rule. Hearing is the most useful as mentioned earlier, smell just gives them homing and sight makes chase sequences happen more often. IF YOU HAVE THE REACH RULE ENABLED: DON'T STOP RUNNING, DON'T HIT ANY WALLS AND MAKE SURE YOU RUN IN A STRAIGHT LINE SO THE MONSTER DOESN'T ATTEMPT TO CUT CORNERS BY WALKING THROUGH WALLS. YOU WILL DIE.
Good luck!
This genuinely felt just as absurd as 3b1b saying to take the logarithm of an image. Straight up need to take a few seconds to look away because felt everything outside the screen also was looped on itself. This game was really trippy.
Now curious to know how this game behaves without the looping effect, does it make the fire ball act like it is going through a portal? Does the final level become impossible. Really want to know how you made it and how the game works without this effect.
weirdly enough we cried during the dialog of the protector ai coming to the conclusion it was made to help humanity from itself.
Aside from that, we really like the demo but are there really 3 different types of ai dialog based on how good, neutral or evil the ai is? Do you have the list or video that has different messages for each personality? Really invested in the story you have for the game.
And are there going to be upgrades and bugs exclusive to different ai? e.g. good ai has a bug where it can't have the virus upgrades?
Finally if we assume there are bugs exclusive to evil/neutral/good ai, will "positive bugs" be a thing e.g. the evil ai found a bug to duplicate the finder like malware however it locks its personality as evil unless fixed.
[SPOILER WARNING]
For those who want to look for the bunny and not grab the crown, the ending requires you to get the crown as it is just a powerup and not the end game condition.
You need the crown ability and then collect all bunnies and then go to the areas with bunnies in bubbles in a dark room to get the ending.
32 leaves and 15 bunnies are needed to beat the game.

how does one beat B7F or the chess room?
