Good game! The bosses were difficult, but progression was satisfying, good job! Every item felt like it was a huge step forward in my character’s capabilities. I wasn’t able to beat the last boss.

The time limit was very interesting, it gave a sense of urgency and made it clear how long the game was going to be.

Can’t wait to see more games from you!

Very ambitious game! The graphics were really good, visual aesthetic is on point and so is the sound design. The Eggselent dialogue was very funny. Navigating the world was challenging, I had a tough time getting through all the obstacles and judging which tiles were safe from rain. Traveling and dealing with enemies took a lot of time, I can’t imagine what it was like debugging something of this scale, so great job!

I didn’t beat the game, I got stuck on Eggselent and I had major skill issue walking through the overworld from there, so I had to quit without going to the other dungeons.

The battle system is amazing, it took a few tries before I figured out the Hate system, how abilities work, and the green arrows and stuff. My reaction time is garbage so I could not handle angels or strong enemies, but that’s on me.

The story I didn’t understand it, that’s okay though, I could pay less attention to the story because the battle system was cooool.

Good job and thanks for putting in all that debugging effort on this game!

Great game, I made it to the Legacy Wizard but I couldn’t time my shots well enough to beat him. Still all the other bosses were a lot of fun, cool concept and I loved how the fidelity of the graphics changed as the player’s health changed.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the Bridge, but it’s fine, I don’t think I really encountered a situation where I needed it. The key for it was labeled as “Shift” but that was my attack move.

I loved the minimap and the indicator on it that showed where to go, very cool.

A lot of the NPC dialogue went over my head as I am not super familiar with inside of computers, but the atmosphere was great.

Good job!

Really fun and I was always excited to get a new progression item. Each one opened up new areas. I loved the acoustic soundtrack and the art, it all came together to make a mushroom-sized world that was a pleasure to find secrets in. Nice job especially on the item which lifts the character upward, and lets him access higher ground. Cute art and wonderful animations, good job!

A jam game with destructible terrain? That, is impressive. Nice work!

Fun little game. Makes me think of a realtime version of that old Unix game, Gnome Robots? I can’t remember the exact name. Nice work, thanks for sharing your game.

This is a genius variation on the core gameplay look of Bomberman. I think this should win the contest, hands down. Extremely well done, and I enjoyed playing it.

Love the game, it reminds me of the old Line Rider flash game and your game is genuinely fun. Got some nice stunt jump moments. But, not sure about the use of the limitation. Nice work regardless!

Love the isometric perspective. This is a really fun game. Those bombs are troublemakers!

This was a lot of fun. I couldn’t make it past level 2, but I love the bounce mechanic on the lava, and “BE BRAVE” gave me the motivation to make that first jump. Good job guys. The main menu features were impressive too!

It took me a while to figure out how to build, but it was worth it! Nicely done. Having tons of turrets makes for very fun visuals.

Fun game, nice aesthetic, and difficult too! Reminds me of flash games from the 2000s. Moving fast between all the switches is a challenge I enjoyed.

I made a shelter of floor traps. No one could stop me. I had POWER beyond reckoning! (Great game, I enjoyed it thoroughly.)

Nice game. I enjoyed the shoot and recharge gameplay loop!

Fun game. I had trouble drawing circles and the game proved it :S

Nice game, I kept getting thwarted by the chicken though! :(

That’s our “easy to play, hard to master” level 🤣 glad you enjoyed our game!

I gave it another try, it worked! This game is insanely difficult for me, but very stylish. I feel like the green monster is the best starter, due to its attack power. The whole game has strong Pokemon vibes and that’s a good thing, I think. Thanks for going the extra mile and making a web build!

The graphics on this are amazing. Did you capture photographs of real paper and use those as the assets?

Along with that, great concept! Like others have said, some sound or music would have added to the atmosphere, but the game is still VERY stylish. Great job.

The concept is awesome, turning into a toy to fight other toys. A great premise for a Slay the Spire-like deck game. The drawings are high quality and cute! Sounds/music and animation leave something to be desired, so maybe that is something to focus on for next time.

This is a VERY fun and VERY polished game. Incredible. And the puzzles are fun to figure out, and they introduce concepts at a digestible rate. I give it 5 stars in everything. Good job.

This is a fun and stylish Where’s Waldo type game! I admit I couldn’t find the glasses. But, I chuckled quite a few times due to several things: the crocodile wearing the hat, Lenny’s face, the monkey in the teepee. All around great job!

I beat the game. I love this concept, great job! I searched for the secret but I always ran out of moves TT_TT Nice work!

I couldn’t run the game, because it said their should be a *.pck file along with the executable for this Godot game. If you can upload the *.pck, I will try again!

Gave me MAJOR wolfenstein 3D nostalgia. Very cool. The framerate got a bit chunky on level 2, i’m very curious what caused it. But other than that, great job!

Thank you! I’m honored that you would play it a 2nd time for the secrets!!

Heh heh, thank you for the suggestions! The QWOP gives independent movement to both oars, but in retrospect I should have allowed WASD as an option :^D

Thank you!

Thank you!

Heh heh, thank you! I was inspired by the brain-bending movement in UFO 50‘s Mooncat, and I’m glad it added to the experience!

Thanks!! You’re certainly right about the music, I’ll pay more attention to audio my next time around.

You’re right, audio isn’t my strong suit but I’ll pay more attention to it next time. Thanks!

Thank you! I’ll learn how to do fullscreen for my next one, thank you for the suggestion!

Ahh thank you! I was aiming for a nostalgic, “old Flash game” feel, so that is good to hear!

Thank you!!

I beat the game :) The graffiti messages on the wall made it kinda cinematic. Cool stuff!

I love the art style. Papercraft enemies and characters was a great idea. The game froze on me after the first battle, but it’s probably because I tried to run on Linux using Wine. So, I can’t give an honest rating since it was probably a technical issue on my end.

As far as graphical style goes, you’ve got an amazing thing here. I would recommend some visual effects during the battle so it’s easier to see what the enemies are doing. But great job in the allotted time of the jam!
