Same. They've been great each time though, and the way the story has been shaping up, if the next update takes us where I think it will, I can imagine a lot of work needs to go into it.

I definitely grinded a bit to beat it, I think my team was 20-21 when I defeated it.

What level are you? If I recall correctly, it was pretty tough, but some grinding goes a long way to taking it on.

All that remains to be said is that I am super hyped for the new update! Thank you for all your diligent work on this; this is shaping up to be the best game in the genre I've played.

It is. It's pretty early on, and the game basically puts a big flag near it; of the: "There is no reason to go this way EXCEPT to get crushed" variety.

In at least one cutscene, yes.

This was another great addition! I was getting worried after awhile, but I can clearly see the effort you put into this! New party member, new mechanics, new areas that I'm guessing will be fleshed out in later updates. This was a fantastic update!

Loved the new update! Tons of quality of life improvements. I really appreciate the new stuff you put in, and I'm hyped for the next chapter whenever it comes out!
