how many times do i need to infuse the catalyst until i am able to corrupt the mind stone fragment or how much strength do i need? (i have trained like 40 times and i have 20 strength now)

I have the same problem with Lucille's Quest (Oath of Purity), I teleported home using the power you can unlock with black souls, and now it's bugged or something, it says i should meet her at the grand temple, but she's not there, no matter what time i look (i know where she is supposed to stand, but she's not there). I have like 15 hours of playtime on this save and i don't want to start all over... I completed almost all other quests, if there is no way to fix it without resetting, I guess I will start a new save and only do Lucille's quest.

Idk, i went there and i even found a walkthrough video on youtube where it shows where she should be (right infront of 1st statue from the left) but she is not there, i think i glitched it. I can't remember exactly but i think i used the teleport home power while being in the special area from her quest, maybe that glitched it? I don't know how to fix it though.

I'm stuck at the Quest: "Meet Lucille at the Grand Temple", I've searched every Temple i have access to in the game at every time of the day and she is nowhere to be found, how do i fix this?
