A very fun games, was great deducing where everyone went, with the occasional brute force to locate the last few people in a scene.

I managed to finish the game but never figured out the agent's name myself (got spoiled in the comments). I've watched the youtube video linked below and that didn't enlighten me any more. Can someone please explain the sequence of events/clues you're supposed to follow to figure out his name?
