It's a good game, the artstyle reminds me of Bit.Trip Runner.  Good stuff

It's pretty great, but very challenging without variable jump height. I'd suggest making the rising corruption be adaptive to the player instead of being constant, so if the player has a hard time getting up it'll slow down and vice versa. Overall very good though
