Yes, it's quite possible that the game initially launches in Russian, but if you go to "Настройки"(Settings), you can select your language there. I'll try to fix this issue in a future update.

You probably didn't notice, but when you switched languages, a notification appeared at the top left of the screen stating that the translation was incomplete.

Attach a screenshot, I can't believe your words yet, this is the first time I've heard of anyone having problems with this.
