The characters aren’t going anywhere. I definitely plan to have interactions with them in the future, and whether or not you’ve encountered them earlier will affect those interactions. This content is still quite a ways off, so I can’t say much more than that.

For now, I’d recommend choosing whatever you like best.

Yes, it's quite possible that the game initially launches in Russian, but if you go to "Настройки"(Settings), you can select your language there. I'll try to fix this issue in a future update.

You probably didn't notice, but when you switched languages, a notification appeared at the top left of the screen stating that the translation was incomplete.

Attach a screenshot, I can't believe your words yet, this is the first time I've heard of anyone having problems with this.
