Why there is only "Refuse" option when Hanoko asks if I want extra tip? Did I miss some option?

I have 24 GB of RAM and AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core. And the game process uses like 70% of CPU power for all that time. So should I delete all vnm_obj_ref lines? For example what should I leave from this fragment of my save file?

Is this why every next save file takes longer to load? My current save file takes over 30 minutes to load :/

Is there any way to repair broken save file? Every file gets bigger and bigger and from some point I'm unable to load any newer save file :(
