Will it be on mobile?
It will release on PC first. I will make an Android port soon after. But an iOS (iPhones, iPads etc.) port is less likely, as it costs a lot of money to make iOS ports. If a lot of people buy the game, then I will make an iOS port when I save up enough money.
Will I need a high-end PC to play Charles?
Hell nah, this is a game about a stretched out blob with a gun. You wont need a high spec PC to play Charles, but it may help.
