thanks for your response! i do want to reiterate i'm not jewish myself so i might just be overly sensitive, and i also understand why you might be skeptical of claims of antisemitism these days because of like, zionists claiming everything that challenges zionism is antisemitic (but that's a whole other can of worms.)

there's a line between "satire" and "actual (even if accidental) bigotry" that can easily be blurred and i don't blame you if some aspects accidentally go a bit too far. thank you for being civil about it.

hi! i haven't played much of this yet but i love the concept and am having fun making sinners.

i do want to say i have a concern about one of the available sinner parts though. it's a star of david tattoo, which is typically associated with judaism, and it gives the sinner +10 greed. jewish people are often stereotyped by antisemites as being greedy, so even if your intent is to portray a harsh and cruel form of christian judgement, i don't think it's clearly stated enough in the game itself for this not to be mistaken as just the developer's antisemitism.

i'm not jewish myself so i admit i might be reading too deep into it, but i think you should consider at least lessening the stat change the star of david tattoo gives the sinner. i know in one of your replies to someone else you mentioned the final game will have more emphasis on traits and less on appearance, so you might already be reworking that, but i wanted to bring it up just in case.

sorry for the long comment! i hope it makes sense and that it doesn't sound too confrontational. i'm looking forward to the steam release.
