The game on android crashes during katsue stretching during the prologue. Any help?

I keep getting an interrupted forbidden on the windows download.

I'm trying to download and install on windows. But when i go to extract it says the file types cant be extracted? What did i miss or do wrong?

i am having a technical issue while using a controller. When ever i punch or kick the camera zooms in and if i sprint it opens a keyboard text box like the controller is being used in a search bar. Full Screen does nothing. Having nothing else open does nothing. Theres no settings that seem to work.  It doesnt register multiple inputs for punch or kick combos. Any help?
