Just reach the rank: Friend with Benefits with the guest characters, which is done by having sex with them after reaching 5 relationship points with them. Then being sure to be in the Eeveeloution form that matches theirs (Gender doesn't matter as long as you're not genderless). Then, there should be a special scene you can view when talking with them just under their character portrait.
The idea behind the entire game is to allow experimentations between different forms and try out how different forms change how scenes play out. The new system for clothes are just a way to swap between different stats with more ease and allow for more experimentation. There are still plans to add more scenes and events that will interact with the different forms and the clothes you can wear. To give you more options to experiment with.
Also, the idea of simply making clothes set up tags when being worn is an idea that crossed my mind when setting them up, but it caused issues in other areas like the confused state or the transformation descriptions which would actually lead to MORE work than what I ended up going with.
Lastly, in your first paragraph, are you describing a bug that permanently give you a stat buff, even when your not wearing the right piece of clothing? It's just a bit hard to tell from the way you worded it. If so, which pieces of clothing does that problem occur on. Because I'll be sure to fix it.
Thank you for your feedback. First of all, I am aware of the issues with the sleepwear and I am working to fix them. Secondly, I hear and have heard your complaints with being sent to the top of the page in the clothing and medicine menus. I have looked into options for how to circumvent this, but every option I could find led to different issues (Ex. Confused State not triggering. As the changes that are meant to trigger it would not occur without a full reset to the page, which would take you back to the top.) I promise you, I want this improvement, but I can't find any effective way to implement it as of right now. If you or anyone else have any suggestions, I would gladly take them, and use them to fix this issue. If no solution comes up, I can at the very least find a way to make the process less frustrating.
Quick Update: In a previous post, I stated that the next update should be ready around this time. However, do to some unforeseen issues with implementing some of the changes I'm making, the update is taking MUCH longer to finish than I expected, so it still will probably be another week or two before it is finished. I apologize for the wait.
So far so good. Trying to keep a modest pace with the workflow. Shooting for release around the 18th, though that's subject to change. The next content should expand the story a little and introduce a new mechanic that'll let you gain stats a little faster. Reducing the grindiness of the game a little.
Answer 1: Probably, Ditto at the very least will get more.

Answer 3: Probably not any more in scenes that already exist, but definitely in future scenes that will be added.
Not sure what that 'Moderator Approval' things about. Never experienced that for myself on this site.
I hear you. I just think that including art of some kind still helps add to the game, and while I can't say I have the skills to make any proper art, I have played other games like this that make great use of AI art. So even if actual art would be preferable, I still believe that including it is better than nothing. I'm also still up for commissioning some art for this game at some point, and giving an option to view the game that way, but that will probably come quite a bit later.
The two major games that inspired the project were: Royale Harem by SlushyAnimals and The Club: Interactive by Josiah. Both are furry transformation games with the former having a diverse character roster to interact with and the latter being entirely Pokémon themed.
The concept for the game also had some inspiration by the comic 'Oversexed Eeveelutions' by Kuroodod. For having 'Themed Eeveelutions' and some transformations around them.
Thank you for the giving the game a second chance. As for your ideas: Maybe in the future. Even if I probably could make images for different combinations of personality traits, I feel like the level of variety that would bring to the table would be overwhelming for both the players and me as I make it. As it would create so many more variations in how different scenes play out. I can see a feature like that being added in the future, but I think keeping things simpler will be for the best for now.
You're not an idiot. The issue you pointed out is known and is being addressed. The issue is just that the trigger that checks your money happens AFTER the actual payment. So you have to have $500 after paying to avoid a game over. A fix to the issue will be included in the next update which I'm hoping to have released within the next week.
Progress Update: Since releasing the hotfixes made for the initial release. Plenty of other bugs and errors have reached my attention. I just want everyone to know that I plan to address all of these errors in the next content update: version 0.2. My main goal with these hotfixes was to get the images working, and now that's been done for the most part. I'm going continue work on 0.2, for the sake of progress. Please, keep providing feedback and pointing out whatever bugs you find. It helps a lot to get this project as polished as it can be.

I made a minor patch to fix the images of the guest characters in the introduction, but didn't think it was worth making another named update for it. Be sure to download that if you have not already.
