If you dowloaded the joiplay app and the ren'py plugin and the game for Windows, then you want to open joiplay and click on the +, it'll ask you the name, the version and the location of the game on your device, you then search the folder where you dowloaded the game from the app until you click the exe and then 'choose'

You can play on Android by installing joiplay and it's ren'py plugin. Then yo u select the .exe from the app and play
