Also to get the Keycard, in the basement level, whenever Dipsy falls asleep, you can see a green keycard behind him. Make sure to grab it quickly cause he'll start to wake up whenever you grab it.

I did some research and I think Itch was down on the day you tried to download the game. Hopefully it can work now.
Your gonna need to distract Tinky Winky.
Try giving a tubby custard to dipsy while he's asleep, then hide behind Tinky Winky.
Also fixed a bug regarding the mouse being captured at Dipsy's skip section.
