It’s awesome that you mentioned it feels like a fever dream, haha! This music is very festive, and people often dance to it while drunk during national holidays. Rhythmically, it actually has that kind of 'drunken' feel because it constantly mixes 6/8 and 3/4 time signatures. Plus, some of the strums on the piano and guitar tend to feel intentionally off-grid, haha!
