Hi guys, love the project. Friendly advice - if you're going to be using audio clips from the original show, try using something like Goyo to remove the voice reverb and room ambiance from the voice samples, then just throw on one of those PS1 reverbs to make them sound both less jarring and more PS1-y. It's super simple, free, and shouldn't take much time.
