I remember there being a game with a plot and name extremely similar to this years ago on itch.io. I also remember the game having a similar name, though at this point everything is too fuzzy to say much beyond you playing as a man who turns himself into a woman through some magical app (which if I remember correctly was demonic in some capacity or had some ancient lost history bullshit to explain the app's powers).
Anyways, did you make something like that, and if so, do you still have the files somewhere to check out? Either way, thank for your time!
The game has a fun aesthetic, and the gameplay is also pretty cool, but I found that the AI was not "ruthless yet fair" and would often end up blowing its brains out in situations with a very high (sometimes even 100%) chance of killing it, which took away from the oppressive atmosphere the game seemed to be going for.
A harder difficulty where the AI has more defib charge, more item draws, and smarter decision-making skills would be amazing, as the game feels more like it's worth $0.25 right now with the amount of playtime I get.
