This is genuinely a really amazing game! I was pleasantly surprised by how polished the visuals are, and the premise is really creative! I would suggest merging both direction keys into one, or even just have one key for both changing direction and ejecting. But otherwise really fun game!

Thank you!! yaaa the bath was confusing for a lot of people, each time you fill it with water of a certain temperature determined by the timing minigame, your goal is to mix hot and cold water until the thermometer on the right shows just the right temperature! The chicken is supposed to be unplaceable so that you have to juggle it between the fridge and microwave. We will make mechanics clearer in the future!!
Very neat level design! Took me a while to get used to the controls, I wish I could see where the exit is in the beginning (maybe camera pans to it for a second or so before the level begins?), and the isometric view makes the shape of the maze rather confusing especially on level 8. I love the pixel art style and the music! Pretty well done, would be a very good game with some very minor tweaks :)
Incredibly lovely visuals and audio!! Confused about the mechanics initially but very quickly understood and won on my second play! Very simple gameplay yet surprisingly nuanced and fun. I would love to see a higher difficulty because once I understood how it works I could win every time. This game excels in simplicity and the execution is nearly perfect.
Very well thought out idea and fun and kinda addicting gameplay loop, though 100 days might be a little long for a jam game. Love the witty humor! The UI is super well polished and there SO MUCH detail packed into this game it's crazy. I wish there is more audio and less silence but the ones that are there are very lovely.
I laughed so hard at this comment haha
The criticisms you raised are so so valid, the bathroom door was a concern and we didn't have time to make it more obvious; the bath minigame is possibly the most confusing part of the game but under time constraints we couldn't make it more clear; you cannot place down the chicken, that's the idea, you must juggle it between the fridge and microwave, it's all about time management.
The lack of dialogue was intentional, as we wanted it to be unguided after the first playthrough, but super valid concern that we didn't think about!
Thank you so much for playing and giving your opinions!
It's intended to be played blind :D hence no gameplay explanation in the description.
The cutscene is indeed using tweening (elastic and bounce) I was very proud of the effects haha.
Everyone hates the hamster, we mayyyyyy have made it a little too difficult 😅
Love that you got it the second try, that was precisely the intention, it should be impossible to do it on first attempt but with the knowledge from the first attempt you can do it the second time!
Thank you so much for playing! :D
My partner said the hamsters were too easy so here I present the uncatchable hamsters :P
You very right that the bathtub mechanics are one of the rather confusing parts of the game, if we had more time we would have tried to make it more clear, but in short you fill it a few times up with various temperatures of water determined by the timing minigame, your goal is to average out the overall temperature to be perfect. The vacuum is in the corner of the living room in case you didn't notice
Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed the rest of it :D
Very silly and creative idea! I could not get to the third frog in time for the life of me, one of them is just way too far away, maybe it's just a skill issue. The music really fits the game well, really makes you feel the impending doom. I love the rewind when the asteroids hit, very neat touch. Fun and whimsy game!
I love this game! The artstyle and music are so lovely. I was giggling the whole time as weirder and weirder things started happening like the human pretending to be sheep. I didn't think this would get anywhere near difficult but I was wrong, near the end it genuinely got a little disorienting with every silly little thing happening on screen. Amazing job!
Very lovely environment and music, the darkness with the point light really gives it atmosphere. I wish there was a little more to the gameplay other than running in circles and shooting, but the chests add that extra bit of excitement and nuance to the game. Overall pretty neat and fun little game!
Oh! I'm sorry for the bad experience :( The lag is really strange, since I get over 200 FPS with just integrated graphics. The last monologue in level 1 was meant to hint at experimenting with different mouse buttons, and the solution is to simply scroll the mouse wheel. Regardless, thanks for playing!
Everyone coming down to the comments to say that the game is very hard (which we agree xD), if you would like to see how the game can be beaten, check out the game page where there would be a video showing the route in order to beat the level. If you can't find it, here is the video:
Here is how to play the game straight from the description with minor edits:
A game about literally rolling a dice.
It's a small little puzzle game where you roll a dice around. When it touches the void (The black tile), it will spawn a bridge whose length is equal to the number displayed on the top face of the dice. There is only 1 level as we ran out of time D:
Note: you have the exact amount tiles so wasting even a single one will result in not being able to complete the level, be sure to use the restart button ;)
ASWD to move around.
Thank you for checking out our game, we really appreciate it!
Thank you!! Yes I totally agree, I imagined it would be very difficult for someone who doesn't know the route (the route is in the youtube video) to beat the level. Unfortunately because this is a game jam, we were unable to spare any time for designing another map. I agree that the top right indicator is not the most intuitive help and still requires quite a bit of 3D imagination to use, but it was the best we could do (with pygame) in 48 hours. Thank you so much for the feedback!! :D
