to get that outfit you need to finish her questline first.

1. get an extra room for your house in tale, then go swim with her till you get the option to invite her to live with you

2. finish her questline

3. wait multiple days for her to return 

4. then go to her room with the correct hair and you'll get the outfit

if you're still in tale you need to progress the story further,

if not they're at the tattoo parlor

As far as I know its only the first act. As for the nsfw you either have to (re)enable it in preferences, else you have to choose it in the story.
