This was a fun little game. Simple concept but executed pretty well. I like the visuals and the sound design; it felt pretty polished all around. Very solid game. Good job! :)

This was SO GOOD! Easily one of the best games I've played during this jam. I loved the sound design and voice acting haha, the driving and drifting felt great, the art style was coherent, it felt surprisingly polished. I didn't care much for upgrades because I just had fun driving around haha. Really well done guys

Fun! I liked this a lot. Quite simple, but the execution was very solid. Decent visuals and sound. The differences between the different crystals were a bit vague at time, and it could use some more polish overall, but for a game jam entry this isn't bad at all. Impressive that you didn't use one of the big commercial game engines (neither did I hehe). Good job :D

Very cute! I liked it a lot, very charming. It reminds me of Bad Piggies a bit haha. Lovely art style, fun gameplay, quirky narrative. A bit Tumblr-y...? I don't know what I mean by that, but it's a compliment. Anyways. Solid game all around, thanks for making it

Not bad. I found myself mostly just spamming double click and buying upgrades whenever they came up, which seemed to work just fine, so I never really got what was supposed to make the gameplay interesting. The game feel was pretty good though, with all the particle effects and text pop-ups and whatnot. The music quickly became quite repetitive though. Pretty charming overall. Good job guys

This was pretty fun! I love the visual style, that was probably my favourite part about this whole game, especially the little tutorial haha. Interesting take on the theme, with a pretty solid execution. Pretty good sound design as well. Good job guys :D

Haha, not bad. This is pretty charming. Simple, but not all games have to be complex. I like how you had to combine multiple poses at once. Overall, good job :)

Not bad! Interesting visual style, I quite like it. Same for the music. The movement felt a bit unresponsive and slippery at times, though that could have been your intention, I don't know. Decent take on the theme with having those batteries increase the countdown. A pretty good attempt for your first jam! :)

This was pretty fun! It's a very unique take on the theme, I've not seen another game quite like it. Having the world open up was a really cool moment. The art direction in general was pretty good, as was the sound design. I didn't find the gameplay itself to be too interesting though, at least not in the beginning. Overall, good job!

Not bad! Interesting gimmick, though could use some more polish overall. I love the robotic voice when you collect a star, reminds me of V1 from Ultrakill haha. Good job!

Also, it's fun to see someone else try to make a 3D platformer for this jam, I've barely seen anyone do it besides myself

Not bad. It's fun to see someone else make a 3D movement platformer for this jam :) It's quite difficult, but that could just be a skill issue on my end haha

Holy crap. This style is immaculate, I love it. So tasty. So overwhelming. Good job :D

This is actually a really cool gimmick, I like it! Very creative. And a pretty good execution on top of it. I had a great time playing this game. Good job :)

There was some genuinly good puzzle design here, and a fun take on the theme. Blocking the light beams with the player character was a great "aha!" moment. Pretty decent art and audio design. Overall, a very solid game. Pun intended :)

Thanks! That's not a bad idea actually, too bad I wasn't able to think of that myself before the deadline haha. It is a shame that the dash didn't get to be used more, if only I had had more time... Ice mode was only added because a friend of mine thought it'd be funny, which it was to be fair. I'm glad someone found it. Thanks for playing and your feedback :)

Very unique take on the theme, I've not seen anything else quite like it this jam. I like it! Could always use some more polish but I found the gameplay to be quite engaging. I found it to be mostly intuitive. Overall, good job! :)

This was pretty fun! An interesting take on the theme and a pretty well-executed gimmick. It took some time to wrap my head around, I struggled a bit with level 7, but overall I had a good time. Well done :)

Not bad! A bit chaotic, but in a fun way. It's a good take on the theme. Fun narrative. Could use some more polish but overall not bad at all! I had a good time playing it :D

Not bad! It's an interesting concept, even if it is a bit confusing at first. Still is, to be honst. But I had a pretty good time regardless :)

Fun! The web build didn't seem to work for me for whatever reason, but fortunately the Windows build did. I like the main puzzle gimmick, even if it probably could be refined a bit. The overall vibe created by the art and sound design was nice. Good job! :)

Really well made. The art style is amazing, and the sound design complements it well. Very Slay the Spire-esque, in a good way. Compelling lore. This practically feels like a completed game already, almost. I had a good time, even if I was quite bad at it haha :D

(1 edit)

The style of this is immaculate. Insane, but immaculate. It's like a weird mix between ENA and Ultrakill or something. The music really added to it as well. I also enjoyed the gameplay, even if I was quite bad at it... Good job! :D

I like it! The art is really charming and the sound design is surprisingly effective. Love the design of the protag. I did get jumpscared a couple of times haha, I don't do well with horror typically. Good narrative. The gameplay felt a bit unfair at times though. Overall, you did a really good job! :)

Thank you! I also wish it was longer, but sadly I underestimated how much time level creation would take ._.

Thanks! :)

Thank you so much! Yeah, I did spend a bit too much time on making things feel "right", underestimating how long level creation would take... I also had to spend some time to rewrite/upgrade my level editor since making the level was painfully slow at first. I'm really glad you found some fun with the dash despite that! :D

Thanks! Sorry about it being so short, but I'm glad you liked it nevertheless :)

So am I! I spent a lot of time trying to make it feel right only for it to go basically unused... I had a lot of fun ideas for it. Maybe I'll have to turn this into a full game after the jam haha. Thanks for playing :)

Thank you so much!! I'm glad to hear it :D

Heh, "chill". Thank you  for playing :)

Thanks! Sorry about the unfair jumps, but good job on making it to the peak :D

Thank you! :D

I like it! The gameplay loop is surprisingly fun and addictive, even if it got a bit repetitive after a little while. Very charming. I don't have much  more to point out that the other comments haven't already said, so I'll just say: overall, a pretty good game :)

Nicely done! It's always fun to see a game made with raylib. The gameplay is quite simple but effective, like most Cookie Clicker-like games. I like the shop and the inventory systems. Could use some more polish though. Overall, not bad!

Alright, not bad. I see what you were going for, but the execution falls a bit short, sorry. The controls are clunky and unintuitive, and the abilities especially so. You noted this yourself. I was only able to complete the first room. I quite enjoy the graphics though, and the audio isn't too bad either. Overall, a good attempt.

I like this a lot. Probably the best entry I've played so far! The gameplay was fun and interesting, and the atmosphere was executed really well. Good sound design, good game feel, just good all around. It's always a good sign when a game has got me saying "just one more round". Good job!

Not bad. The other comments have already pointed out the main issues (darkness, large file size / low FPS), and I didn't find the gameplay too interesting, but just walking around and exploring the mansion was pretty fun! Overall, a decent job

Very good! I enjoyed this a lot, it's probably the entry I've played the most so far. Really impressive for a 4-day jam. The gameplay is fun (once I understood how to play), it's fun to see your little guys running around, and the art direction was executed well. Good job! :D

Haha very good, I enjoyed this a lot. The sound design (voice acting???) and music is especially good. Really creative. The gameplay was quite alright. Overall, good job!

Very cute. Especially the Harbinger... I love their design. The gameplay itself is pretty simple but overall I really enjoyed it!
