This game... is a treasure. I loved every minute of it! I love both of our poor traumatized leads, and the romance was *chef's kiss* done so well. I do have a weakness for bonding over sad pasts, just the empathy and comfort it involves. It also felt longer than just two/three hours, maybe because I was so immersed! The art, the music, the atmosphere, the writing, the voices (! Lucius oh my)... ugh I loved it all.

The first ending I got kind of gave me whiplash, but it also gave me a fit of the giggles at how I really should have seen it coming. But then I played the other "stay" ending and I was left so satisfied. (I still don't have the courage to do the "leave" ending lol i can't i just cAN'T i can't leave the sad mosquito boy behind).
I can't wait for the secret one that's coming! More of this game and these characters can only mean good things :D
I already follow your updates on tumblr, but I just came here to say how exciting it is to see the game is so close to completion! Following the development so closely has been so inspiring for me, and you have all my respect for the amount of work it involves. *Insert "You're doing amazing sweetie" meme here*

This game was such a nice surprise! The writing is super charming and I love the art in this, particularly the attention to detail in backgrounds, and the super cute UI *^* There's just an overall good vibe to it and... It actually really got to me? The feelings of the MC in Robin's route about her writing hit me unexpectedly hard, mainly because I'm pretty much the same lol. So it just made me emotional and I felt for her so much oh my lord.
Anyway! Point is, I found the MC very relatable because of this, and the LIs were also pretty dang adorable (except Nico that little sh*t (lol I'm kidding)). As a connoisseur of both fictional blushy boys AND stoic men with soft depths (even though we didn't see much of that stoicism, but you know, the concept is there), I greatly enjoyed Robin's route. It was so cute. Made me all warm and fuzzy inside X)
1. Which character did you like best?
I think that would be Robin. He's adorable and also very relatable (yes, I also relate to his insecurities, this game just went for my jugular for being so quirky lol). But something tells me I'm going to really like Vivian too, once his route is out. He's a cutie. The MC is also very good, as per my previous rambling, love her so much.
2. Did you manage to unlock the post-credits scene?
Uuuuuh >_> I kind of used the walkthrough for my first time, so yeeeeesss? Forgive me, I suck at navigating otome games. If there's a walkthrough, I will use it. Needless to say, it was very funny.
3. Would you like to see more of any particular side character/ is there any other content you'd like us to add or improve on?
Honestly, I find the game very good in content as it is. Not like "don't you dare release more routes" because PLEASE DO, but as in, the length for example was short and sweet and the pacing felt good to me. Would I like more content for the guys? Sure I would, I like me some long VNs, but it kind of works for this game, ya know? So other than the promised routes for Vivian and Nico, no, I'm perfectly satisfied.
Anyway, I just really loved this okay? <3 I look forward to the other routes!
I first came by this demo in December of 2020, and since then I've fallen in love with your writing, bought Changeling, completely loved that too and now I'm just waiting and devouring any updates you guys put out, lol.
In a way I'm glad I took that long to discover this because if I came by any earlier when the demo was still "incomplete" I would be dying of impatience in a ditch somewhere.
It's no joke to say Gilded Shadows is possibly my most anticipated release of this year. Not just otome release, but videogames in general. I can't wait for the full game!
