Hey, I also had this issue on Windows 10 when I shift copied all the files to dump from Winrar. I deleted the folder I had made for the game then remade it, then copied the exe file individually along with the other folders/files and it worked for me. If you're still having issues, I'd try that. Hasn't messed up for me since I did that.
