The main goal of every Jam is having fun and getting good experience, so if the list of the Jam members will be large enough, I'll vote for free teaming
Speaking of teaming: I guess, it'll be forbidden, I'm sorry. It's not the final decision, but the event will probably be too small for making teams :C Anyway, I'm not the only one responsible for the Jam, and it is mostly my own opinion about the situation ^_^
