It's been two ingame days and I've not had any issues! I tried step 1, 4, and 5, but my gut says it was the shader cache. I didn't have a duplicate gameinput and my bios was last updated in 2023, but I'm a bit too under the influence to be comfortable messing with my bios right now. Thank you I greatly appreciate your time and comment, hopefully it doesn't get worse as the days go on, but I can always try unlimited shader cache (it's 10GB now, was default originally).

First time posting here, sorry it is a cry for help but I'm at my wits end. I have been researching this mouse stuttering issue on both windows 11 and VoTV forums and nothing has helped except reinstalling graphics drivers. The issue began playing this game starting day ~15 or so, my mouse hangs and freezes in random places when looking around. I've changed my graphics settings, screen resolution and tried windowed mode. I use an OP18k at 1khz. The issue persists after closing the game and makes it quite difficult to navigate my PC or play any other game, even after rebooting. If I reinstall my graphics drivers, the issue goes away until I play VoTV again. I haven't had the issue begin while playing any other game, but I haven't tested many.
