Using the Yule Man is an interesting idea and the gameplay is pretty cool with effective jumpscares. Good Job!

Neat horror-light game. The voice acting and animations are cool.
However, the gameplay feels extremely slow — super slow. Moving like a snail and having a progress bar for every interaction really hurts the fun.
Please consider increasing the base walking speed, because with faster movement and pacing, this could be a really cool experience though.

The writing and the foreshadowing are really good, I like that it's never clear who is more emotionally stable and how they are almost codependent on each other. Playing this feels like getting slowly deeper into a trap that you are willing to enter out of psychological desperation and curiosity.
This is an interesting game.
The horror vibes and style are awesome. There are many details that create an indulging atmosphere. Although the looping mechanics are a bit disorienting at first, they become better as you progress. The ending is really good.
For a gamejam submission, this is an outstanding effort, good job!
