Really nice upgrade to the classic Rick Dangerous. Congrats.

I did find a couple of bugs though, shown in these screenshots. The first one is the result of falling off the right of the screen into that chamber, and then crawling into the wall. The second one is the result of falling off the ladder, crawling below the snake off the right of the screen.

Can't really reproduce these reliably.

Great game!

One very small nitpick: entering and leaving ladders requires perhaps a bit too much precision when compared to the arcade "Bagman", which I think has only one pixel of tolerance (but suffices).
