I'm easily taken by pathos, and you got me all patriotic and shit, so let this internet stranger help you with jorking it.
I love Domino Club. I've been here since around the beginning, I think? I don't really understand how it works and don't have any connection with the people contributing to it, which sometimes gets confusing because of how personal and injoky the games can get. But that's a big part of what I love about them. Playing games fueled by such an unrestrained energy, just going all in on what turns you on and what matters to you, whether as a writer/artist/musician/designer or as a person, and to take that as far as you can get... There's something so heartening about it. I have not played every single game published by Domino Club, but every game I've played has left its grimy little handprints all over me, and I'm truly grateful. Every time I remember you guys exist, and every time I check your account, see that something has been posted recently and realize you continue to exist, the world feels like a cooler place for a moment. Thank you very much. DOMINO CLUB FOREVER
Love it a lot. So much to see, love the music and the pixel art and the little background gags

I think I'm getting close to a complete run, but I keep dying of soberness. I really wish more of the food was poisonous (unless I've missed some method to up your poison levels). I'm gonna keep trying tho
Really impressive little game! The rhythm minigame felt quite polished, hitting the keys on beat and watching the screen bump in accordance was very satisfying. Spritework is great too. I was put off a bit by how basic the music was at first, but with each new enemy type the tracks got more melodically elaborate and groovy while maintaining the goofy minimalist instrumentation. This also makes the transition between combat and exploration seamless, even when the tempos increase. It works super well! Dungeon design is simple but gets the job done. Some more visual variety may have been nice, but the different tilesets are cool on their own. I especially like the very last one (even if it doesn't work for regular dungeon hallways). I'll go replay this on hard right now. Nice work!!!! :)
