I have done all of what what you recommended below, including those from the walkthrough, twice. :)
I cannot seem to find Kuvira to start her route. I saved the game after Kya asked if the guru can take care of her, and then tried all possible ways to find her. Hence why I ask at what level(s) should I find kuvira?
Overall in the game (without a Kuvira path), I went as far in the game as level 15 and I am missing two chakras to finish korra trainings, which I cant move forward. I am stuck with the only hint being, " in your room", and still there is no one there. :)

Great game!!! I cannot get past chapter 15, which says "in your room." I also am unable to meet Kuvira after the LGBT. Seems others have been facing a similar challenge.
I followed the walkthrough, but I still unable to progress any further?
Are there any more tips?
