These games capture everything great about the PS1, video store rental days. The experience of wandering around the horror isle in your local video store, looking for the coolest VHS cover art to take home, is an experience I miss like a missing limb. As a fellow fan of 80's slasher films and wacky italian/giallo films, these games are so nostalgic for me, and they aren't just nostalgia bait- they're well designed and genuinely creepy.
