Thank you so much for playing.  I may need to create a help screen.  Th flashlight can be toggled on and off with the "2" key.

I really appreciate the feedback, and I am so glad you liked it

The sounds were well timed.  The endless hallway was a great suspense builder.  Great job!

I think you had a very clever idea.  The controls are easy to get into, and the decision to cut open the monsters trying to kill you so you can get oxygen is a great idea!  I like the hide feature too.  I saw the comments about generative AI.  I think it can work to be consistent.  If the animation artifacts are taken out with a paint program, I think the art would work great that way.  This is a good concept and great job doing it.    Game dev is super hard and you put together a clever concept and story.

Doing it now.

Thank you so much for playing and I am glad you enjoyed it.  And thank you for the feedback.  I will think about how to do the environment more.  I did struggle with time and multiple levels so things like a gun, a club, and more interesting enemies didn't make the cut (yet!).

Thank you for playing it.  This was a really fun Jam to do and there are so many fun entries to try.

Thank you so much for playing it.

Thank you.

Ya Boopa has bad friends!  :)

Nice job on a very weird and creative atmosphere.!

And I love the name of the game.

The street and the lights built a lot of anticipation.  I liked that.  And I played it twice through to see the difference in ending s based on my choice at the end.  The artwork was great retro art, and the street was creepy.  Good job!  I do wish the choices at the end had different endings.  But good work on this!

This reminded me of the games I used to play on the Commodore 64 years ago.  Story based games and dungeon games had these kind of text  gameplay.  It took me down memory lane.  Great work on the story and I liked the addition of pictures to enhance the text.

Really good voice over.  The intro is great!  And very good graphics.  Good job!

Great look and feel!  And the enemy character was very clever.  The way the eyes glowed when he jumped and attacked made it look like blood coming out.  The end where the rope was being cut was creepy.  Really good work.

That was interesting!  I think this has potential.  I finally got the timing right an went all the way. Good job!

Creepy!  I especially liked the way you started it with the car and the crash.  Nice job!

That is clever.  I like how you have to remember what is changing in the environment.  I missed the point at first never having played a game like this, but I got it and had fun.  The look at feel is a great retro look.  Good job!

Soundtrack was very good for this.  I also liked the controls--it is like the controls for the old Asteroids game so I was able to get it going pretty easily.  And the artwork was great.  Good job!

Thank you for playing.  I really enjoyed doing this Jam.  And It is also really fun seeing how others interpreted the themes.  So much creativity!

This is clever.  Interesting character design and story development.  Nice job!

This was really clever.  Very different than what I expected and I liked it a lot.  Nice job!

Well done!  Creepy and distinctive.  I liked the underwater idea.  Took me a minute to figure out what I was doing adn then I was off.  The suspense building of this was great.

The shop idea was great.  The music really enhanced the game.  I always like a wave shooter.  The implementation was well done.  Good job!

The look and feel was great.  And I liked how dialog lead the game.  I think you could build it out for longer gameplay.  I had fun playing it.  Good job!

Thank you so much for playing.  I am considering going further with it and I will take into consideration your thoughts.  And I will definitely make mouse sensitivity a priority in future games.  That has come up a few times.  I really appreciate the great comments.

Thank you for playing and the supportive comments.  I had so much fun making this and I had a good colleague doing play testing and making suggestions.

And I love horror games and movies.  This jam has made me better, and I am having tons of fun playing the other creative entries submitted.  So much talent putting in game submissions in this jam!

That is  cruise ship sized pirate boat!  The controller is very smooth and I hope you continue to work on it.  Good job!

Lots of great elements.  I actually hopped in my seat at the first jump scare.  Timing and anticipation are great.  Nice job!

Mot sure if this was my system or a programming oversight.  When I do the in game menu, I can't use my mouse to click buttons.  But I love the direction of this game and the setting really works great.

Wow.  I kept thinking that this was like a Tim Burton stop motion film.  The mood and the atmosphere was really great.  I learned some things I will use in the future.  Great job and keep making games.  You have real talent!

Nice Job!  This was really well done for the flow of discovery.  I see that you used the ultimate horror kit in Unity.  I like it a lot and almost did the same using Synty Assets.  I like the pace of it and the story development.  I liked the appropriate use of voice acting.  This is great.  I enjoyed playing it.

The look and feel of this was so good.  The black and white vibe.  The hero character was cool.  The game play was well explained.  Nice job!

I think the monster was a great and scary choice.  The idea of having to keep watch and not turn away is like a predator that waits for you to turn before pouncing.  I kept getting stuck focusing on facing the monster that I would forget to look for the key!

Thank you for playing and the comments.  You are the second person to suggest the mouse sensitivity so I am going to adjust that after the Jam assessments and fix it for future people who want to play it.    And thank you for the encouraging words.  I had so much fun figuring out what I wanted to do, and I love all the games I am playing by the other creators.  Amazing efforts people are making.

Great job finishing the game.  The ending was a funny abrupt an unexpected ending.  And I thought the idea of a dialog defeating an enemy was a clever idea.

Very creepy and good style.  I liked the dialog and voice performing too.  Great job!

Th pixelated look and the VHS was great for this game.  The UV light was a clever addition too.  Gameplay was really smooth.  Excellent work.

I think the design was very consistent and I remember playing games with this pixel art as a kid.  Very nice work.   I liked the hide feature.

Thank you for playing!  I had a ton of fun making it.

You did a masterful job with this!  I was so frustrated at first because I was eager to see more, but that was the trick.  Everything was timed so well.  Really good job!  I just had t finish it.
