how do you make the animated gifs? do you use aseprite, tiled, etc.

opened up the turnstile gif animation into aseprite and the frame speeds were 500ms, 100ms, 100ms, 100ms, 500ms, 100ms, 100ms, and 100ms. so it pauses on the fully open and fully closed.
