Ugh, same thing. Hearing my character cry out as I desperately tried to yank the glass shards out of her mouth, my friends in VC pleading for me to slow down and explaining the directions (which I wasn't reading at that point) to me. Games don't make me feel panicked like that very often, certainly not 5 minutes into the tutorial.
And my first run also ended in drowning in a small pool of water.
