There was a bug, where an enemy spawned inside a building of the edge and was thus invulnerable, but still able to shoot me.
You can perma-invis by pressing F whilst moving and then holding it down.
Needs multiplayer, it'd be so unbelievably good.

There's a bug where you go to 0 health, but don't die. One can't move then. Sometimes you also spawn unable to move.
