Apparently, an alternative pause menu was added into the game, with a 1/1000 chance of appearing. IDK how to change those odds but in the games files its in assets, images, then pauseAlt

Bought this on my 3ds a while back, pretty fun game, great level design and its pretty tough, so if your into tough platformers, its worth the buy
