there is a way to bypass the pay and stuff there is a site called kemono it's like a public archiver site (which is down for some reason) and it has access to: patreon, pixiv fanbox, discord, fantia, afdian, boosty, gumroad, subscriberstar and dlsite the only recent build i could find was 0.4.5.5 or smth else like that so yeah (update you have to click on simailar artists tab to get access to the discord server)
