Crazy use of the samples, you've taken such different elements, and they all match the beat perfectly. The result is surprisingly consistent, super fun and cool track!

Nice to hear the variety of sounds you've generated by using Operator. The outcome is very solid and peaceful, which surely matches the palette.

I wish we were all compelled to dance for the Sun, just like I'm compelled to dancing to your track. Very high quality, super engaging, perfectly matches the palette in my opinion.

Cool manipulation of the sample! Sounds like a playful process, and the outcome is surely playful and enjoyable.

Interesting use of the sample. I would not have thought so, but somehow it actually fits the beat pretty well

Interesting idea, Nagai has made the cover for one of the best albums ever (A Long Vacation), so I totally support the choice! His art makes me think of peace, summer, relax, and your song totally nails these feelings.

Cool! I like the dissonance you're using. Composition wise, I see your influence in C418. Next time work a bit more on the mix, just adding a bit of reverb could bring a lot of freshness :)

Nice cozy track, I think the sample fits quite well

Nice! Keep up, you will surely be a composer :)

Thank you very much for participating! :)

Thank you so much, I think reading that the track has identity and it evokes a clear picture, is the best thing I could hear about my track :)

Thanks for listening and for the accurate feedback. I think your comment helps me understand clearly what the issue with repetition is. It is true that in certain genres repetition is conventional, but since that's not my target, it makes sense to discard bars that are almost exactly repeating the previous ones. The second build up is a valid example, as it extends the wait for the breakdown without really adding much. Thanks again :)

Thanks for listening and for the honest feedback. I didn't want it to sound repetitive, but I think I understand your point and there are certain elements that keep repeating too often . But I'm glad the mix is good, that makes me really happy :)

Thank you so much! I wanted the 3:20 part to be a pretty heavy break from what had been going up until then, so I'm glad it worked :)

Thanks a lot! The part at 3:00 is my favourite, so I'm glad you enjoyed :) I get what you mean about the usage of the voice, and I think you're right. At some point I also felt that it was too present and decided to make variations, but the first step should always be to reduce what is too much! I'll try not to forget that!

Thanks a lot, too kind! :) I'm glad you enjoyed the use of the voice. And I guess I'm good at breathing haha. Thanks again for listening!

Thank you so much. I'm really trying hard to improve my mixing, so it means a lot to me!

The melody is very nice, and well supported the guitar. I think the key change works well, as I start feeling the bittersweetness in the later part of the track

The message of being lost but not really being lost is nice, and the composition conveys it pretty well. I think this track is full of many nice , little emotions which make it very interesting

What I like the most is the whackyness of the rhythm, it's so nice, bouncing the listener here and there. The instruments speak so well with each other. The occasional cameos of other instruments also work really well. It's a crazy track, but it all makes sense. It must have been difficult to have so much going on and keeping it sane. Great work!

The quite large reverb you used make for a very mellow scenario, so it definitely sounds like you wanted. The guitar is very chill, and paired with the bossa-nova like beat is truly enjoyable

The idea of having a solid beat and bass to support the "bad connection" effect works really well. The two parts complement each other. A very solid mix, very deep. I like how you used the 9/4, it took me a while to understand how you subdivided it, I hear it as 4+1+4 which is really cool because that 1 looks like it's the end of a 5/4 but then te bar keeps going. Really nice

An evocative track, it surely tells the story that you described. The central part is especially very emotional to me, that's the moment in which the brighter feelings of the journey kick in. I think you did a good work with the piano and having the guitar be only a support. It was a good choice and well executed.
One note on the mix, there were certain times when all instruments played at the same time and it sounded a bit weird, I think at 0.35 it even clipped. But in general the mix is also good. Good job!

Nice mood. The whistling and humming are a good addition to the feeling of a carefree climb, I appreciated them. Nice bending too, it makes me feel as if the climb is surely a nice time, but not effortless. I was a bit disoriented by the very first bend, maybe it's a bit weird to have it as the very first (actually second), isolated sound in the track. But it might be really subjective.

Nice work :)

This is insane, I love it. You broke the rules of music biz and discography haha. By the way, excellent sound on all genres, there are some switches that are so powerful in the change of genre, yet so smooth and flawless as if it was a natural step. The evolution from the beginning to the first "drop" is well structured and totally believable as a unique song.
I must admit that in the dubstep part and the in the psytrance and its surroundings I was a bit lost- meaning that I lost track of the initial theme of the track which did not return until the next ambient part came. I know the track is already quite long, but probably having two stable verses and drops before going to the most surprising genres, maybe extending each genre to a few more bars, could increase the cohesiveness. But I get you maybe didn't want to make a 10 minutes track haha

Still, super impressive work, I'm galvanized :D

The story is well told, the contrast between sections is effective. The increase in tempo works perfectly to convey the idea of a crisis happening. The return to the quiet is really nice, the happy ending of a troublesome time. I have one comment regarding the mix, the harp tends to disappear when other instruments come in, which to me is a pity because it sounded nice. The track overall is really nice, well done!

Glad that you did your first jam with us :) the track is very spicy, I like all the dissonance and the breakbeat. It's quite hypnotic, and you definitely broke the rules in a good way. My ears were begging for some low end element, a nice kick or bass, or even just some ambience, could have taken the track to another level. But it's already really good

Great work on the percussion part. I like that it's the core of the track and it has a good groove. The arpeggios are a nice addition, and the fact that they play pretty simple patterns works well in combination with the more intricate groove

Such a melancholic lullaby. I think the production is really good, it's minimalist in the best possible term. The usage of the sound effects to support the piano is very accurate. The result is very emotional. Great work

So happy to hear that you're making your first attempt during this jam! Keep going, it's going to be fun.
The tracks have a nice mood, really enjoyable and in general they create some consistent scenarios that you might face in a game.

I agree with Gurnt. regarding the mix. But in general, you did a good job!

The breaks are really cool. It almost feels like an improvisation. The result is very engaging from start to end. It would probably have been cool to hear the dissonance of the first part returning in the final part, to wrap up the whole work as one. The mix is really good, and with all the variations that the track goes through that's not an easy task. Well done

You nailed the Boards of Canada vibes right from the start. When the vocal sample came in the magic was complete. The evolution of the beat is really interesting. At some point it's almost an hip hop beat. I also like that subtle kick-like percussive sound, which you hear only if you really pay attention but adds a lot to the grove. Really cool

Nice ambience, I had the feeling that it reminded me of something, then I read Japanese Ambience and it was clear. I was into Hiroshi Yoshimura some time ago and this track triggered that memory. The moments of silence are a good addition, and I find interesting the parts in which you switched the low-high octave pattern with the high-low. It's a stronger twist than I would expect. The mix is great

The track is no longer on SC and there is no downloadable file :(

The entire track is a beautiful crescendo. The mix sounds very good and I like how it opens up halfway through the track. I wish it kept evolving with more elements of interest and it did not end abruptly. But it's very cool!

The composition is really cool. It's continuous rulebreaking and it's well done.  The atonal part are very interesting, the tension is huge and the rhythmic patterns give threatening vibes. The glissando at  2.35 is so powerful. Amazing

The ringtone is really nice, it has a lot going on in just a few seconds, I like it. In TPPWR, I think the initial part is a bit messy, with all the instruments kinda stepping a bit on each other, But the second part is very good!

Very emotional piece, beautiful atmosphere. I think that it doesn't need orchestration, although it would be interesting to see how the emotional impact changes. Surely the piano only version makes it very intimate and meditative, well done

I like all the changes that happen in the track, lots of creative work in less than 2 minutes. It does feel like a lava level and the bass is definitely central, while not obscuring the other instruments. It's especially nice where it has a 303 kinda sound, which feels very "lava"
